Preview of eProductivity Mobile Integration

Are you tired of receiving email on your mobile device that you can't do anything about? Do you find yourself receiving email, reading it, and then leaving it in your mobile inbox because you have no way to process it? Do you have to keep looking at the same emails over and over again until you can get back to your computer - where you will have to look at the same emails yet again before you can finally process them?
If you said "yes" to any of the questions above then you may be able to benefit from eProductivity's newest feature - the eProductivity Mobile Filer.

So, how does it all work?
Let's say that you are away from your computer and checking your email on your mobile device. You receive an email from Amazon telling you that your order has shipped and you know that you need to create a Waiting For item.
Since the eProductivity Mobile Integration feature is already enabled, you simply file the email in the Waiting For (07 days) folder and the email disappears from your mobile inbox.
Now, in eProductivity click the red eProductivity action button and select "Process Mobile Folders"
When the Mobile Filing Agent sees the Amazon email that you filed, it will automatically create an action for it using the title of your email as the title of the action. And, because you filed it in Waiting For (07 Days), the agent will file the action in your Waiting For category and assign it a due date of 7 days from the date that it was processed.
Finally, the Mobile Filing Agent will link the original Amazon email to the newly created waiting for and will file the original email in the ePMobile Processed folder so that you do not have to view it in your computer inbox.
